FlatGuard has won Insurance Broker of the Year at the Property Management Awards, held in London.

The awards, organised by building management resource News on the Block, recognise outstanding achievement and innovation within the property management industry.

The FlatGuard team joined over a thousand property management professionals and their suppliers on Thursday 21 November 2024, where the awards were judged by a panel of independent experts.

Part of Bridge Insurance Brokers Ltd, FlatGuard is known in the industry for its engagement and expertise. As well as driving change in insurance broking best practice, the team has been hosting education webinars and chairing thought leadership debates at industry conferences throughout the year. It also launched its own series of Block Brunches to drive discussions around key industry issues. FlatGuard has grown with a series of new appointments over the year, operating across Bridge’s London and Manchester offices, as well as with significant new client wins.
