Kennedy’s Risk Management Guidance

Global law firm Kennedy’s have produced a free, downloadable PDF of guidance surrounding Covid-19 and Employer’s liability claims.

They advise that the ongoing pandemic gives rise to new areas of risk in the employers liability claims market.

With this in mind, they offer some guidance about likely employers’ liability claims that may stem from the Coronavirus and highlight the key elements of such a claim, including employers duties, risk assessments and causation.

You can visit the site and download their paper for free, with no registration by clicking here.

Have you had to mothball premises?

As we know, the UK Government has ordered a wide-ranging lockdown and closure of business premises due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

As a result, a large number of commercial premises have been rapidly mothballed because of the Covid-19 threat, which leaves a number of implications from a security and insurance perspective.

Risk Stop have produced their free ‘Guide to protecting mothballed premises during the Coronavirus crisis’ which you can download from their website by clicking here.
